Auditing standards require signed confirmation of all pledges. Please print out, sign, and send the pledge form found here with your check to: P.O. Box 4129, Montgomery, AL 36103. If paying by credit card you may scan and email a signed copy to dhathcock@alabamalawfoundation.org.
